We hope to continue to work with people who are under-insured on a case-by-case basis. If this is you, please follow the process for regular new patients, once your referring provider has determined that your risk of leaving the house does not exceed the benefit of attending physical therapy.
*TLC means tender, loving care...something that is much needed for each of us!

The effects of trauma and stress can easily be "read" by the physical therapist in the ways that you move and the way your muscles and joints feel if palpated.
It is imperative that we teach you how to learn to help your body heal!

WHY?
The TLC Class was started in Dec 2018 for those affected by the Camp Fire.
A tiny grant from NVCF funded the printing/mailing of fliers.

During those first few weeks in Nov/Dec 2018,
Kristi was volunteering at the Sears Center and offered quick chair massages.
Thanks to her PT exam skills, she could feel just how badly each person's body needed care, even during those short sessions. Our hope is to help more people by using everything PT has to offer to foster the healing process, tailored to individual questions and situations.

We continue to offer TLC
without ongoing funding.

Our PT code of ethics asks us to provide Pro Bono care to the community, and we've long wished to give back to the region. The Camp Fire caused us to realize that NOW is the time. With the pandemic affecting so many, we hope to continue.
We're blessed well enough, thank God, and grateful for the opportunity;
so we're happy to be able to help!

This is a wellness outreach and donations to the NVCF are encouraged.
Please just mention WHY you gave!
