WE ARE MEDICARE PROVIDERS: Courtesy billing provided.
If you have coverage that is not Medicare, please call your insurance plan representatives in order to verify your benefits for physical therapy. Co-pay and deductible are due on day of service. We are in-network with Blue Shield employer plans.
All credit cards accepted, however, we do offer to people paying out-of-network a 5% discount for check or cash up-front on the day of care. Out of concern for the way our time with patients has been cut by insurances for almost two decades now, we have opted out of Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, & United Health. This means now you can choose how much time you need with the PT on a given day. Often, a quick visit every week will speed the healing process to begin with, or it might be more convenient for you to arrange a longer visit on a day you already have off work. This could cut down the number of co-pays, or the amount of PTO you have to take, or the babysitting arrangements and costs.
