Kristi is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. She is professional and personable. Her
explanation as she completes her procedures is excellent. I would highly
recommend her.

It's the "wow" factor in feeling better, naturally.  I've used PT for running-exercise injuries as well as a car accident injury.  My other options were pain medications and restricted activity levels; which didn't work for me.  As a go-getter and an athlete, I preferred these "awesome ladies" expertise in assisting me on my road to recovery and getting me pain free while providing me with the tools and knowledge that can prevent further problems down the road.  You gals ROCK!

In my experience, physical therapy is the gentle, respectful retraining of the body to move through its pain.  The key word is "gentle," as physical therapy tends to work best when honoring the body's limitations while slowly reworking and rewiring the pathways blocked by pain.  A physical therapist who understands the body's reltionship to pain and the way the brain adjusts to pain is a special brand of miracle worker.
